WEEDS |
|
HELP! We’ve Been Invaded By Noxious Weeds!!!!! Weeds are overtaking our land! Many of these weeds are alien to our desert! This presents a danger to the ecology of the desert.
|
| Call us before the weeds overtake your yard! It is much more economical and ecologically sound to manage and prevent weed takeover. It is important to detect and kill the weeds early. The larger the weeds become, the more difficult and costly it becomes to eradicate them.
Our expert technicians will ‘save the day’ from the invasion of these noxious weeds! |
| At Wildcat Exterminating we use the most modern technology and treatments. All of our products are regulated by the Arizona Structural Pest Commission and meet the high standards of the Environmental Protection Agency.
|
| Because your safety is important to us, we use a harmless indicator dye in our weed spray that may last for a few days. This harmless indicator dye indicates which weeds have been sprayed and the odor is simply a by-product of our modern and effective weed treatment. |

BUFFELGRASS |
|
Buffelgrass can be eradicated with
chemicals. It is best to start the eradication process
during its growing period, which occurs immediately after
the spring/summer rains. The eradication process takes
multiple treatments. Buffelgrass eradication is a
customized treatment. The Cat has successfully eradicated
Buffelgrass from numerous properties. |
|
Buffelgrass is a threat because it is extremely drought
resistant and crowds out other desert plant life. There
is significant evidence that it depletes soil of needed
fertility.It
presents a fire hazard.
A single
buffelgrass fire kills nearly all native plants in its
path. CALL
THE CAT for buffelgrass eradication! |

SPURGE |
|
Spurge is a low growing plant with small
leaves and flowers. It often has deep roots. Spurge is an
aggressive weed that will grow in turf, in sidewalk cracks,
in gravel, and among landscape plants. Due to its prolific
seed production, it becomes widespread and troublesome very
quickly. “Call the Cat” for spurge eradication! Our
general weed control program effectively eradicates
spurge. |
|
PLEASE NOTE:
You may want to hand remove weeds/grasses up to 18”
away from landscape plants. Eradication chemicals are not
typically placed closer than 12”-18” from trees, cacti, and
landscape plants. Treatment is most effective when weeds
are no more than 8-10” tall. |
