| The Cat is so pleased to
be able to service you for the control of pests, weeds,
termites, and more! In order to best service our customers
and keep prices low, The Cat has developed an information
sheet for our customers, which will be distributed annually,
and as needed in between. Please take a moment to review our
policies and practices! |

Wildcat Exterminating operates on a verbal
agreement system. While this is not a written contract, we
reserve the right to issue a $29.00 service fee for
cancellations or reschedules requested less than 1 full
business day prior to service appointment. |

Cancellations may result in a scheduling,
treatment, and/or price adjustment for future services. |
| |
Reminder calls are given 1-5 business days
prior to appointments for Premium Service customers. This
information may be left on your answering machine if a
person is not reached. |

Special scheduling requests will be honored
to the best of our ability for Premium Service customers. |
| |
Wildcat Exterminating offers 10% discounts
for Active Military, Senior Citizens over the age of 60, as
well as 15% Service Combination discounts on same time pest
and weed control treatments.. Discounts cannot be combined. |

Basic services and prices are available to
homes where our technicians can have access to treatment
area without the customer being present. |
| |
At time of service, an invoice will be left
with the customer or in the front door, if a customer is not
home. This invoice is the initial billing. |
| |
Courtesy callbacks are provided between 7-21
days after a service. This is intended for the correction of
a failed chemical, for Premium Service customers. |
| |
For best results pre-emergent treatments
should be watered in the equivalent of ½ inch rain between
48 hour and 2 weeks after treatment. |
| |
Payment for services is due at time of
service. Invoices not paid within 60 days of service may be
subject to finance charges. Finance charges are applied at
19.99% APR with a minimum charge of $5.00. By accepting or
requesting this service, customer accepts these terms and
agrees to pay any additional charges that may accrue in the
event of collections At 90 days past the service date, a
bill becomes eligible for collections consideration. At 90

Wildcat Exterminating accepts Visa,
MasterCard, and Discover, and offers automatic billing on
these if requested. |

Premium and Basic prices apply to customers
who can be seen on existing routes. For custom schedules
outside of a route, custom pricing may apply. |

Infestations or excessive vegetation may
require specialized treatments at customized prices. |
| |
Client Responsibilities: Provide up to date
contact information, access to areas to be treated, keeping
children and pets away from extermination product until dry,
aerated, and dissipated, reviewing information provided by
Wildcat Exterminating, (including but not exclusive to
website, email, mail, phone, service orders), providing
clear information regarding services requested/areas to be
treated, and payment for service. |

Reasonable effort will be made to contact
premium and customized clients 1-5 days prior to service.
Messages may be left on your answering machine and email
contact may be used. |

Weather, traffic, and/or unforeseen issues
may effect service time or date. Service times are
approximate. |
| |
Program and/or Service re-evaluations may be
required for some treatment areas based upon (Including but
not limited to: weather change, service need, or receipt of
additional information from client. The client may be
offered additional treatment options by Wildcat
Exterminating upon re-evaluation. Service and/or program
change may increase or decrease costs. |

General Pest and Weed Control programs will
not address all issues. Some issues require targeted and
specialized treatments. |
| |
Monthly and EOM weed control services are
spot treatments; Initial, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and One
Time weed control services are full cover. Variations may
occur on customized treatments. |
