TERMITES

Termites are  colony insects that eat and digest the wood fibers found in buildings and homes.  These insects cause billions of dollars of damage each year.  There are more than 55 species of termites in the United States. A queen termite can lay up to 30,000 eggs in a year and may live from 15 to 50 years.

Termites sneak into your house. They can be there for a very long time before you see clues of infestation.  Once you have a serious infestation you will begin to see termite trails on your walls and ceilings.

Wildcat Exterminating uses a termite control system known as Termidor© ®that implements a ‘transfer effect’ process to termites.  Through the ‘transfer effect’ process the entire colony comes into contact with the active ingredient of Termidor® within a very short time. We guarantee this product to be 100% effective!  The initial treatment kills any termites in the area at the time.  However, it can take 10 to 12 weeks before the termites completely stop building their tubes and die.  Just remember that Termidor® is 100% effective and they will die!

RODENTS

Mice and rats live in the most unsanitary places, and are carriers of fleas, ticks, and serious health risks.  These rodents have chronic incontinence –they use their urine trails to find their way in the dark.  Additionally mice and rats gnaw on objects, including electrical wires, to wear down their constantly growing incisors.  Rats and mice spread serious diseases through their urine and droppings that include salmonellosis, hepatitis, dysentery, and the plague.  Did you know that a female mouse may have as many as one dozen babies every three weeks?

COCKROACHES

Roaches are a very hardy bug that can live for about four weeks without food and for a week without water. A cockroach can live for one week without its head! They are the YUKKIEST OF THE YUKKY!  Cockroaches may carry and pass along salmonella, dysentery, and typhus.  They not only carry disease, but they rapidly pass it along!  They live on glue, crumbs, garbage, and paper.  Research indicates that 8% of the population are allergic to cockroaches and according to the New England Journal of medicine, children who are exposed to cockroaches are 3 ˝ times more likely to be hospitalized for asthma.  Cockroaches live about one year.  In that year, a female will produce about 150 baby roaches!

These pests are common even in the cleanest of areas. They are found in all types of neighborhoods.  Cockroaches may live anywhere there is food preparation, water, or storage facilities.
